Mel Ayurveda – Website Policies

Thank you for shopping at Mel Ayurveda. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy. The following terms apply to any products that you purchase from Mel Ayurveda.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Original tags and proof of purchase must be included.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for another variation if available. Exchanges must be requested within 4 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.
